Holiday Lettings Software

Looking for a heads up re Holiday Lettings software :-
In the past I've used both OpenRealty and EZrealty, anyone have any experience of any new kids on the block.
Needs to allow the general public to place both FreeAdverts and Paid Adverts. Would prefer an open source solution , any thoughts please

It really depends what you are trying to achieve.

HLS Solutions provides a full management package that runs on the local machine and is designed specifically for Holiday Letting Agents. There are also quite a few purely web based packages out there and these will deal with more of the booking side of things.
