HELP PLEASE

I play party poker and WH for real money and would have to say that (and I mean this with no offence) have you really got the money to do this? I heard it through the grapevine that for the small sites they need roughly £0.7-1 million to just develop the technology and security never mind the marketing budget.

Also alot of the regular players (that I know) wouldn't be willing to make the move from an established site to a new site. I think all this needs to be really thought about before leaping in. Maybe see a bank for investment?

Anyway hope this helps.

Online poker sells and you can still take a share of the market if you have the money to promote the website.

There is really not a lot of difference between online poker sites - its about marketing - since most of them use the same software.

If you have the investment - give me a shout.

Hi

I confess to gambling on ultimate bet and 888.com (both for poker) ultimate bet is by far the better site but most new sites and some established ones all seem to be running the same software..

I believe that there must be companies that provide the basic software so all you have to worry about is the marketing??? From what I can tell this is a really competitve field but it is estimated that some 8 billion per year is blown by british gamblers!!!

Lots of sites are offering "free play money" at the moment to attract new players some giving away as much as $200 to new members with no deposit required.... You would have to have big bucks to get anywhere in this business but my guess is that most players that sign up for these "free money" offers never actually get to the stage where they make a withdrawal?

If your ever on UB look out for ronnie0 and say hi ;-) I play tourny's mainly of an evening sometimes of a weekend if the wife and kids let me!!!!
