Ok I've more or less got my business on the roads but need help and guidance/advice on:
is it better/easier to have my staff self employed (tutors) or not - if not how do I go about getting them on a payroll do I tell accountant or revenues
In terms of my clients paying me I would like them to set-up direct debits with me/on my account - can i do this on a regular personal account or do I have to get a business account (im adverse to business accounts as the costs and set-up but I do realise the perks but at the moment i'd rather not)
- does direct debit transfers cost me anything to recieve (and how about refunds etc) also what information (max) do I need from the clients (I do not want more info to get money than I have to, so is it name, long number and start date and then what do i do with this info)
