To add to the chorus, welcome to the forum Brian.

I know that it is now becoming increasingly hard for businesses to be able to recruit staff. Some tips on how to attract staff would be interesting. There is so much focus on getting candidates to be ready for interview etc that I thing there is an inbalance. What do you think?
