I've been surprised not to see any threads on the Chinese New Year / Spring Festival despite there being a fair number of Chinese nationals around, so, yes, here it is.
This is that special time of the year when Chinese clients and partners will gift you small presents (and you might want to give something back, this being useful in that regard) as well as maybe invite you for a more or less traditional dinner (case in which this might be useful).
