What should I do?
I submitted accounts for period to end Nov 2012 in July last year. Then applied to dissolve the company (stopped trading in March). No liquidation or administration or anything.
Dissolution went through no probs, confirmation of dissolution received at end of Nov 13.
Now I have received a formal request for corporation tax return for Dec 12 - Nov 13. There was some activity during that period (to end March) but we made a loss for the period, so there won't be any tax to pay anyway.
Do I have to submit a return? Is it even physically possible to submit a return for a dissolved company?
Should I just write to HMRC and tell them the company has been dissolved? If so do I need to tell them anything else?
Thanks
