Growth Accelerator experiences

Have been using Growth Accelerator for just over a year now and have found it very useful.
In effect they offer subsidised coaching not themselves but from an approved list, so I guess it really depends on how good the coach you choose is.
As with any form of coaching you get out of it what you put in and depending on what needs to change it can be hard work but if you are dedicated then you will see results.
We were quite fortunate as went onto the program in our first trading year, so weren't suffering from any of the common issues business owners have (Lack of cash, working too many hours, poor staff etc.) so have used it to really push things forward.

We were still considered a start-up when we went onto the program and had to provide cashflow forecasts etc. to show we could grow.
To date it's just been myself and my business partner involved in the coaching, but there is scope for key staff to also be involved either individually or at group sessions.
You will need to find a suitable coach who should sit down with you, explain the process and then map out a customised coaching schedule for you and anyone else who needs to be involved.
Generally the first stage is to work out the companies goals and vision etc. which would be done by the shareholders/directors with other staff undertaking coaching later on if required.
