Hi,
As a bit of background, I work for an agency managing search engine advertising (SEA) campaigns. So far I have only ever dealt with UK campaigns in English and I was wondering if anyone had any advice that could help me at all with the problem below.
We have a client that is trying to target people in Turkey, Russia, Germany and Greece to come and study in the UK. I have had the keywords translated in to the native languages and the only campaign that is working is the Turkish one. I understand that the direct translation may not work as it might not be the way that the people are searching.
The option at the moment is to pay a company a large fee to do the keyword research for us in the native languages. I'm sure we'd see value from this but was wondering if anyone has done anything similar and whether they have any advice at all.
Many thanks
