Good credit card options for employees

So my business is growing slowly but surely and I've reached the stage where I no longer want to be the only one paying bills. So I am just about to simply ask my bank for a couple of credit cards so my key employees can make purchases without having to find me.

I am just wondering if there are any other options for this in today's world? I seem to get mailshots for this kind of thing so I am guessing there are non-traditional providers out there. Or is it better to stick to what I know?
