I am setting up a teaching recruitment agency .I am not sure how I can find out who does the schools recruitment/supply cover.

Don't want to be too negative for your first post, but if you don't know the most important part of your business, how do you expect to be successful?

Find and ask a supply teacher (gumtree will no doubt have some advertising tutoring)

call up a school and ask them directly?

Don't do it, spend 6 months in the industry first and then see what your thoughts are

At the moment you have an idea but no understanding for the pros and cons of the market and not even the recruitment market but your specific market, if you don't understand these you could be run out of town by your competitors

Schools usually recruit through local council, (website) or local recruitment agency contracted to the council.
