Fulfilment company recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for a fulfilment company.

I hold a large number of different SKUs, but fairly small amounts of each one. My stock items are reasonably large (most fall into RM "small parcel" though), so they'd need packing into boxes to be sent out.

Does anyone have any experience with Huboo? They've been recommended as the cheapest option on one website.

The fulfillment service depends on your products, shipping countries, and weight, and the choosing countries of fulfillment company is better same with the countries you do purchase. Like that if you purchase products in China, it is better to choose Chinese fulfillment center to help you handle with this issue, which will make you save more cost than to choose overseas warehouse.

You could try some packages with them first, then to make sure which one is suitable with you.

DON"T GO WITH HUBOO!!!

They are ruining my business and I've just come on here to look for an alternative. It took 6 months trying to onboard properly with them and since then, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. I would literally be here for hours explaining what they've done wrong so please just trust me when I say, they are terrible. Good luck on your search!

@Max Napier - if I was to take advice that could significantly affect my business, I would check the credibilty of the advice giver. If BearDry is your business then your credibility is low. The website does not include an address as it should if you are selling something. You cannot refuse returns at your descretion.

@GraemeL UK Fulfilment don't only work with smaller brands, they have worked with the likes of Boots, Elizabeth Arden, Disney +, Stella Artois and Nottingham University to name a few. So whatever size your business may be I'm sure they can handle your needs been it fulfilment or collation of your products.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having these issues. What delivery method are they using? For anything under 2 kilos and at the price of your orders really it needs to be Tracked 24/48. Can you get your stock out and start again with a more reliable company. Trust Pilot reviews (including your own) seem to be very mixed. Do you have a dedicated account manager? Good luck with moving forward.

Hey guys, just noticed this, we have also been with Hub and had many issues like incorrect shipments being sent etc, but the worse are hidden fees, we never known what sort of bill we would get.

I found company called FulfilmentExperts, these guys are amazing, transparent pricing, cheaper than hub and easy to work with. Very young guys with big goals, they also helped me with marketing.
