Looking for some advice on the French Devis.
We are having a barn built in France and it is being completed by a Sarl company
A English company of builders that went to France some five years ago.
The company has in place a Attestation D`assurance which was in place prior to the works commencing.
The Devis was signed by all parties and the work is on going.
However, the company have up sticks back to the UK closing the French operation down.
How do we stand with the Devis as workers are continuing and the now UK company wishes to proceed.
Is this a breach of contract?
