Hi Guys,
after some thinking and partnering up I think I got my idea of investment. Me and my partners like to open a Gym in london. However, what we do struggle with is to find right property. We have seen some agents, we have done some web searching but so far we have been unlucky or in couple of occasions we not moved fast enough and potential properties has gone. Other than that it seems quite dry. Could someone please give me any good tips or contacts perhaps? Also we would be open to take over an established gym, how to find out what`s potentially out there? perhaps some of fitness first clubs, or anything like that?
in case someone know about anything; What we are looking for is 5000-8000 sqf, in london 1-2 zone. Rent 210k pa, with good travel network and people traffic.
