Facebook ads - where has the web plus shop destination gone?

I hope someone can help, I've been on to FB ads support for help but as always they've been useless. I used to be able to select website and shop as a destination, but that has disappeared as an option and I have no idea why. Any help gratefully received.

Hi. It sounds like you need to switch to manage your page. The button feature disappears if you're trying to boost or create an Ad from your own profile.

It's still there for me. Are you boosting a post or creating an Ad?

The button option also disappears if your Goal is set to Get more messages or Get more Page Likes.

Get more calls only gives you the call button option.

Hello, I'm creating a new ad. I've tried every single ad type. It was was there a few days ago and vanished now.

nope I've tried using old videos, new videos, every type of ad type but to no avail. Most of our sales from fb & ig ads were coming from people directed to the web/store location, so we are a bit buggered. It's been escalated to FB technical but we have no timeframe on a response.

Most of the key detailed functionality is in Facebook Business Manager now.

If you truly want to manage Facebook ads campaigns properly, with full demographics, tracking pixel data etc, then set this up for your business and research how to manage campaigns via that route.
