Email from Independent Directory

So one of my online businesses got an email from the directory part of the Independent.co.uk

It says if I claim my listing they will give me a priority listing that makes it stand out more and I can add more content to the listing. Pretty sure it's connected to The Sun's directory and maybe Scoot.

Should I stay clear of it? I'm guessing they will be calling me to try and get me to pay for further upgrades along the line, as is the norm with similar directories.
