Hi, I've just signed up to the ekomi review system....in my 1st day I've had 2 customers tell my staff they don't trust it....anybody else heard the same ?

Did they say why they don't trust it? We use it for one of our companies and its been very successful. The company themselves have always been fine to deal with and, hand on heart, we have not heard of any trust issues from customers.

You asked for a review and you got a review? Instead of your service, you end up with a review about the review system lol

One of my sites just started a free trial with eKomi. All good so far, customer service couldn't be better either. From what i've found they're more trusted then most doing only transaction based reviews etc...
