Sorry about the delay in responding. Pressures of the job.

I have to confess that you have thrown me somewhat as the list you have presented is not what I had expected of a FAQ and everything I have thought of is probably covered under one of the topics you have listed.

I am impressed by your list as it suggests coverage well beyond the mechanics of ecommerce and the key selling/marketing skills that are required.

I see no one else has come up with anything either to date.

It is not often that I am left speechless, but I am on this occasion (but have taken up plenty of words to tell you this).
