dubai business charging u.k business marketing costs but a director of both, is this legal?

i’m looking to set up a dubai marketing company in which my u.k business will pay for marketing services. i’m a uk resident, is this legal?

If it’s all done on a commercial basis. If you are UK resident then I would expect that it would result in complicated tax (if the Dubai company is managed and controlled in the UK) and more professional fees as you would need experienced advisers in both countries.

Welcome to the UKBF, not answering your own point here but would be interested if anyone reading this thread have experience / comments on any of the rather large array of "Free Zones" there are to choose from
