Door 2 Door Canvassing Manager/Team

Hi all,

I run a relatively small but mighty, 7 years strong, home improvement company focusing on loft insulation(s), ventilation systems and other eco products.
We've had a lot of success and have previously worked under government schemes/grants but have just as much success privately, particularly in the midst of the current gas crisis, which is why we're now looking to expand on our door-to-door canvassing side of the business.

We already have a couple of very successful teams aswell as plenty of field sales representatives that are ready to go. I'm now just looking to interact with teams of canvassers or solo canvassers that can generate leads for us/help set up a team. Can anyone help with that or wishes to talk further?

What is the success rate of door to door? I'd probably approach this in a different way, handing out leaflets at places like B&Q or Wickes with a roller banner behind me and some examples of energy savings..

It can be very successful.

Especially selling anything related to insulation / energy / eco now.

Which suggests you have developed canvassing teams, but:

...I'm now just looking to interact with teams of canvassers...

which suggests that you prefer not to do so again?

We essentially took these teams on and didn’t build them ourselves. They consist mainly of young inexperienced people which take a lot of time and money to develop aswell as the constant recruiting.

Ideally we’d like a pre set up team of 2-4 people who have experience that can come on board. Offering them high pay and helping in their success is no problem, just about finding them
