hi everyone! My Boss is on a business trip, so I need your help very much!!!!
1. When the credit calls for duplicate of track waybill, marked by the forwarding agent and etc., does it mean that the beneficiary can present a copy of the document, which is stamped and signed by the shipper? (how can I prove it from the UCP 500)
2. Can I make a conclusion form UCP 500 article 47, sub-article (a) that the word “before” will be understood to include the date mentioned.
Many Thanks in advance!!

Wow! My suggestion is find out where the boss is and ring him!
But the Bank should help you. Find out where the International Dept is located and call them (don't expect to find them in your town - they're probably in a 'bunker' somewhere) but try and speak to them.
