I dont think this one can be a pulled off the shelf contact.

I require a business contract to be drawn up for a business deal I am arranging with an individual.

The contract will need to cover some of the details listed below:

Protection of my brand

Ownership

Supply & Demand contact terms

Exit strategies of Me and them

Grievance procedure


Do we have one here?
