I don't think this would be covered in the owner's household insurance, if it is, it may well be subject to strict conditions.

If she injures someone else during the course of her business on someone else's premises and if found liable she would have to pay all the legal fees and compensation which can go to ten's of thousands.

All for the sake of £50/year or so, best to be covered.
