Director dispute

Hello

Hope somebody can advise.

I am 51% owner of a company and have taken my off the ball with the other director who holds 49%.

He has set up another limited vehicle with a similiar sounding name.

I dont run the business on a day-day basis.

You can work out the rest.

Can somebody give me some advise on the best way forward to remove this director and take control back?
