Direct Marketing

Hi All

We provide support services to legal professionals.

I am thinking about launching a direct marketing campaign to let potential clients know about our company and its services. I initially thought about sending intro emails to prospective clients, but after reading about data protection law and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, I am not sure whether my company/I would be breaking the law by sending emails directly to potential clients.

Now I am thinking about normal mail (I think it is called a mail-shot), but not sure whether the marketing letters should be addressed to specific individuals in the business.

Do you guys know who I should contact for assistance with this type of project/work. I suppose it is probably some sort of marketing professional/agency? Ideally I would like to speak to someone for advice on the most effective ways of marketing the business (probably by direct marketing but without breaking the law). The person/agency would also be responsible for executing the marketing plan.

Perhaps you guys know some good experienced professionals/agencies who can assist with this type of work.

Regards

Pery

Hi Pery,

This is something we can help with and provide accurate contact names for named mail or even email as we can provide a managed email broadcast to opt in individuals within businesses and this is fully complaint with the EC Directive Regulations.

In the first instance we would need to discuss and size up your target market to establish the number of businesses we could target.

Please get in touch and I'll be happy to talk you though how this works.

If you do have any questions just drop me an email or update the post.
