Cyprus Setup

Hi
Does anybody know where to start on setting up a business in Cyprus(south)
I will be moving there and want to start a business which will be a form of street vending,I have been searching net and joined some cyprus forums but am still a little stuck on how to get started.

Cyprus went there didnt tick any boxes on the would i live there scale ..

But if your convinced :|,

i think you just go to local council and buy a street selling permit .
thats how they do it here anyways .. BUT they only give so many out in certain areas here a year.

so get in quick maybe ..
