Several users of the e-commerce forum have started threads regarding eKomi feedback solution and how it might benefit online businesses.

Thus, the only aspect of e-commerce business that can differentiate online vendors is the facility that brings trust and confidence among customers current and potential. That is why shopping reviews, customer feedback and visitor feedback become so important in today’s e-commerce niche.

gene you are too expensive, you need to look again at your pricing and pricing structure.

had a call from one of your telesales a few weeks back and you only had 100 uk customers. there is a reason for that.

The only reason I have send you additional information about eKomi is because you have mentioned eKomi in one of your posts and I wanted to follow up on it. I did not mean to spam or sent unwanted information.

Regarding the pricing scheme I just want to mention that our prices are extremely competitive for the quality and intricacy of the services we are offering. Moreover, we provide our potential customers with a free test trial, in which they can test our feedback solution and see for themselves whether or not it brings additional value to their online ventures.

In terms of the number of customer we have in the english-speaking community we always strive to get more customers because we believe in our services to be valuable addition to any online store.
