Custom Sock Printing/Making/Production

Hi there,
I am looking to get some custom socks made with a custom pattern/design.

I have no idea where to start with this, so wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction such as who or what I am looking for as a service, if production abroad is a good/bad idea etc?

I am really only testing the water so it would be fairly minimal quantities - maybe 10-20 of 4 or 5 designs.

You won't find a manufacturer for those quantities.

You're probably looking at minimums of at least 1000 pairs for bespoke designs.
