Cubecart Shipping Problems

Hey guys, all of a sudden ive not changed anything but im having problems with the weight of orders saying there too heavy.

i setup the shipping by weight and ive had a kg order before and it was fine but now its not working.

From the string you posted, you seem to have spaces, try removing those as cubecart wont like them at all

I don't know if it's just the way you've cut and paste the shipping weights but you've got a few erroneous spaces, eg 1 :5.45 where it needs to be 1:5.45, there's another couple as well.

Only other thing I can think of is it's happening because you have only set rates for up to a maximum weight of 6kg and orders are over 6kg? Have you maybe set the product weight incorrectly on a product that is causing the basket weight to be higher than it should be?

By the way where you've got the same shipping rates you don't need to include every weight increment just the maximum weight that rate applies to. You've made it a bit more complicated than necessary, see for example where you've put all the different weights for the 9.20 shipping weight you just need the maximum weight that rate applies to.
