Does anyone use UK Mail (ipostparcels) to post goods internationally, specifically the US?
It is hard to compete with their £10.80 price for a small packet to the USA but my customers are finding it frustrating (and filling my inbox) that there is essentially no tracking.
Every parcel gets "delayed" and despite them claiming it to be 2-3 day service, The quickest I have ever had an order delivered was 5 days.
Even when I log into my own account often consignments show "collected" then "Delayed" then that evening it will say it has not even been dropped off and just offers the option to re-print the paperwork and labels.
As much as it is handy I can drop the mail off and get reasonable pricing for not having a business account the lack of tracking information and poor support is starting to cause a headache.
Does anyone have much experience with this courier and are affected by similar situations?
