I want to start cold calling people (as this is where I got 50% of my business from last year)

Can anyone recommend a system for checking if the lucky potential recipients of my call are on the TPS and CTPS or not?

I know there are a few list cleaning services but I was going to just target a sector at a time from the Yellow pages.
