I require help, I wish to start a supplement company by the name of 'Gear Up' but since i’ve never registered for a trademark, I need a bit of assistance.
I searched the UK and EU registries, there are a few UK Companies by the name of 'Gear Up' and a few in EU, none in any of the classes we wish to enter (except maybe for one in the EU which has a trademark in class 30)
There is also a company based in Texas by the name of 'Gear Up Supplements' which is either a Gym which also sells supplements or a supplement store alone, however from what I have seen they resell supplement and do not manufacture their own.
My question, would any of these companies be an issue as of right now or down the line?
Am I good to go with 'Gear Up' by itself?
Or am I to pair it with another word like 'Gear Up Nutrition' etc?
