Commission Based Sales

I am looking to find someone willing to make me appointments for new business opportunities on a commission base intially.
I can't afford to use the telemarketers as it would mean taking them off a campaign, and Icant afford to hire a full time sales person. Like most I would imagine I have to do everything from making the tea to getting new business opps to closing them to organising the campaign. So I need help.
Initally I would look to pay up to 10% on an average order ( £4k )

If your interested please let me know.

I'm sure you've looked into it, but have you considered setting up an affiliate program? It's not technically complex if you sign-up with a network. The favourite network of mine and many other affiliates is Paid on Results (click on Merchants / Advertisers at top of the page). Fees are lower than other networks and support is amazing.

Good luck

But please answer the following question.

If the person is good at selling. Why would they not take a job with a basic, have paid holidays, pension, training, promotion opertunities etc

Your option is to pay commission only and provide no security for a skilled job and hence why would anyone who is any good (i.e. could get a job with a basic) do this?

In short flexability, some people want to earn money, and trust me if your good, really good you would earn more doing this than a paid telemarketing job.
For example if say in 4 weeks time your into the swing of it, and some of the early appointments are starting to turn into business lets say 3 a week your earning approx £1200.
Lets just say only 1 a week, it would be a well paid job that would earn you £400 a week in telemarketing, but you would have to work a week to get it.

because at present we are very much hand to mouth, we take on new staff as we get new clients. so its hard to get out of that cycle, imagine we got someone in and they failed, it would cost me more than you think, however if someone came in and sold lots they make money, if the sell nothing they can walk away at anytime, and we dont have a hige expense nor any red tape regarding staff.

oooch

A comment and a solution.

The comment

Your offer of commission only when you have your own telesales team, but will not use them or take on extra people. This makes it look like a bad deal.

The solution

Now if the issue is vetting to get quality then the go to www.increase-sales.co.uk.

Call and ask for Nik Plevan and tell him you are looking for information on "select"

Use select

Post reply on here about what a great solution I provided.

Problem solved

Oh feel free to send a big cheque as well!

Woaaa. A discussion forum that shuns discussion. guess I won't be raising any questions about marketing my product! Then again, I'd probably gratefully receive any advice without feeling the need to 'defend' my position. Cheers, Nigel
