Commercial Short Term Lease review

I have been negotiating a short form commercial lease based upon the British Property Federation template. I now need to discuss with a soltitor and read through and confirm the risks and liabilities before proceeding. Then if all is acceptable carry out a ‘swear’ on behalf of the tenant re declaration.
