Commercial lease solicitor

Hello,
I am currently negotiating a lease on a commercial property. I am not a solicitor but have some experience of such leases. I have done 50% of the work but need a solicitor to also have a look over the lease before I negotiate final amendments and then sign it. I am on a tight budget so am looking for a solicitor who probably works from home.

many years ago i used Stone Rowe Brewer in Twickenham for a lease....no issues, reasonable prices as i remember.
