Hi,
We've been renting a property for approximately 10 years.
Our lease is coming to an end in 15 months, and our current landlord is looking to sell.
We're working through finances to see if we would be able to purchase, however the landlord is after £750k for it, which may be too much of a stretch for us.
We are happy to sign a 5 or 10 year lease, if another landlord were to purchase the property. We pay £39k pa rent (5.2% yield) & take care of full repairs / maintenance.
The property is essentially a large home, so slightly different to most commercial units as the value of the property should rise in line with normal houses.
Is there a database of landlords / services that would facilitate offering this for a landlord to purchase with us in situ?
