Changing company name on compulsory strike-off action has been suspended

Is it possible to change company names whilst the the company status is showing compulsory strike-off action has been suspended?

Maybe I missed something but I thought it explained what to do and not to do during the process.

I can't see how the strike off process being suspended stops a director from continuing to manage the company in any way.

Surely it just reverts to business as usual (apart from sorting whatever issue caused the strike off action in the first place).
