Changing a facebook business page name

Hi

Anyone had trouble changing a facebook business page name? (not the @Handle). I have changed the name twice now and facebook say they will assess in 3 days basically but then I still have the original name and it hasn't changed.

I've done it twice and when I type the name I want it comes up with the tick as well :/

Yes, just want to change the end basically so it's niche related

Yes, had similar problems a couple of years ago. They continually knocked it back for the name being 'misleading and not representing what the business does' when the name was actually a combination of the two words that make up what the business does !

Facebook 'support' are almost impossible to deal with. They recently perma banned a friend of mine for breaking their community standards on arms sales, when he advertised a bass guitar on marketplace Good luck !

Did you get any feedback though as I don't even get a refusal note with any reasons? Absolutely nothing.

The notification would come within seconds of clicking the button after making the change. Got is sorted eventually, but it took months of responding to the form. if you're not any kind of notification it will be kind of hard to contact any kind of support (such as it is). When they did eventually change it, it was at least two weeks after the last request was made.
