Tried to create tag Amazon and Amazon UK

Says

You're seeing the field because you can still add tags that other users have created. If you enter a tag that does not exist and try to continue, the warning message that appears notifies you that you cannot create new tags and that you need to change the specific tags you tried to create.

To remove the field would be removing functionality that you should and currently do have access to, hence why the message after attempting to create tags notifies you that you cannot create them.

Perhaps this could be made clearer on the tag facility itself?
