the question is: How can i prove with paper that i am the founder of a business? and How can i not be kicked out by a business that i started?

(also if you know any essiental books on the leagl aspect of business pleasesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss tell me. or any really good books on business)

1. In regards to proving who the founder is I am unsure, but it could be your articles of memorandum and such but I am not sure if they would stand up as ultimate proof.
As for being kicked out of the company, then that too can be complicated unless you are a majority shareholder. It is better to get specific legal advice on this. If you are a member of FSB they give free legal advice and will help you.

2. In regards to the best business book, not really read any but there are a lot of good hints and tips about how to run your life and your business in the Holy Bible.

That you can't patent a business method is not strictly true.

Business methods are not patentable in the UK and Europe unless there is a technical element involved.

However, they can be patentable in the US, amongst other territories.

if you do not have a majority share in the business then the other directors can vote you out (im led to believe)
if you started the business do you have any reciept of sales /purchases with your details before the others joined the business before company details changed, (would that be intelectual property right???? or something)
