Can anyone recommend a good on-site SEO to audit a website?

Hey yall! The business I work for has seen huge drops in SEO traffic over time. I am looking after the link building while we have no one to focus on the on site.

I'm looking for someone to do a full audit of our website, but as someone who's been in the industry, I know finding the right person can be difficult. Can anyone point me to someone who they think is good? I will only work with someone who has good reviews and testimonials.

There's lots of factors that cause a website to drop.
I assume you mean drop in rankings for specific phrases you have been tracking over the years?
Linkbuilding is not the answer to SEO on it's own, just my tuppence, so it's unlikely this will change anything whilst you get to the root of the problem via your audit

Here's a few online free online tools you can look at in the meantime:

Diagnose the website will show the error messages and other internal part of the site in which need to be optimize such as the meta title and description, canonicalization issue, page loading concern, image attributes, and so on. This will optimize the pages to reach the target audience through different channels.

I'll put my own technical SEO audits, both backlinks and on-site, up against anyone, anywhere, anytime.

This is probably the only purely self-serving message where I've recommended myself, posted on UKBF anytime in recent history. I'm doing it not because I need the work, but because I am confident in the outcome being head and shoulders above the rest.

To those who recommended Tin... He's great at on page optimisation - one of the best in the industry, full stop. He's not the best technical auditor.

    No hard feelings bro but:

To be honest - this is most disrespectful post against all SEOs here I have ever seen on UKBF. If you call yourself on-site seo specialist than I should say you're pathetic:

    https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http://www.2geeks.eu/&tab=desktop

Your on-site optimization scores 34 for mobile and 30 for desktop. This is lowest result a have ever seen. First impression is - how can I exit. Your website sux bro. I bet your bounce rate, exit rate and session time also. Users experience equals zero.

This piece of ..ap wont even achieve top 30 for any keyword at all.

If you deliver this quality seo services, I'm not surprised that customers are skeptical about SEO, as one of us mentioned above:

    http://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/threads/skeptical-about-seo-why.357687/

How could you call yourself - specialist.

As you can see a few posts above, because of modesty I didn't advertised myself - even if I had the opportunity.

Marek, it's unfortunate that you've chosen to pick fault with a site that obviously hasn't been optimised or analysed for on-page or backlink issues.

On UKBF alone, I've made about 2800 posts and received about 20x the number of thumbs up than you. In other words, I've paid it forward by helping others, not by promoting my own services.

As you've thrown down the gloves, I'll respond...

@mrkidd85 - I'll conduct a free site audit, that I'd normally charge £250+ to conduct, and share it with you if @Marek Skoczylas will do the same. You can then compare for yourself and share your findings publicly in this forum.

@Marek Skoczylas - care to participate and showcase your in-depth knowledge of SEO and site audits? Put up or shut up.

This isn't going to be backlinks, that's a second matter. But on-page technical site audit only....

Being slightly sarcastic - if you refer to measure Im afraid you won't sleep within next few months if see me without any clothes as you suggest (if you know what I mean), so I would like to avoid you this bitter aftertaste.

If you ask about on-site opt - here you go, above are my yesterday stats:

If you will ever get close to it, please let me know than I will get any conversation with you.

As for now the only thing you have got for this threat is disrespect for all SEOs at the beginning.

So I will not waste my time to argue with you anymore, till you realize you just insult whole SEO community, including TIN and many more skilled SEO than me and you.

This is only going to benefit the OP, so come down off your high horse emporer, so we can see you clearly without any clothes....

Im sorry to say that dude but your another website (main?) is even worse!

    https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http://www.carbidemedia.com/&tab=mobile

No mobile friendly, duplicate index http://www.carbidemedia.com/index.html etc etc....

Wholy moly, you just call this ..ap on-site optymalization?

Just because of lack of mobile friendly, your customers lose about 40% potential income. Are they aware of it? Do they know how much money they lost for nothing? And there is a lot of other problems with your website.

Looks like 1085 thumbs up is the only value you can deliver.

I bet this time "effective website designer" will agree with me?

If this is your skills and you serve it to your customers that god bless whole seo industry. Amen

No, I do not call carbidemedia.com an example of ap on-site optymalization, or optimisation even (for those familiar with the Queens English).

Carbide Media has been around 5+ years based purely on word of mouth referrals. One client, a former employer was ground zero - the first client, and based on their referrals, we grew to having more clients until reaching the point of sufficient momentum to have a sustaining enterprise (something that took a mere 3 months to reach).

I don't offer £150 a month guarantees to garner 500% more customers, or other bogus claims, like some might.

I do provide some of the most technically in-depth, accurate, and oft-overlooked assessments of on-site issues and page speed optimisations of anyone, anywhere.

I've offered to do a free assessment for the @OP. Perhaps you can do the same or STFU.

Sidenote: My membership expires here in a few days, which I will not be renewing. This forum has degenerated to the point where virtually no one comes, participates, and only a handful of SEO's, like Tin, OldWelshGuy and fisicx, offer accurate insights, amid a sea of idiots (no offense Marek)...

There's no point contributing to what will soon be a fossil.

Moderator Sidenote: Warn me, ban me, admonish me, but you guys should be the ones telling the idiot to STFU - not me having to moderate this place myself!

I am agree with 1weekseo. She shared a very good list of tools to audit website. I would like to add one more tool that helps to audit website - Woorank.

As i have used it previously and find helpful in on-site optimization of a website. Hope it helps you too.
