Can anyone recommend a FB Ads and Google Adwords person?

Looking for a bit of help tidying up ours and don't have the time or patience to learn how to do it! I did years ago but a lot of things have changed by the looks of it. We have a small adwords campaign of about £250 a month and tried some FB ads but don't know what we are doing.

Have all the text, content and messages and video/images. We sell services so not e-commerce.
