Hi please can someone somebody give me some advice or point me in the right direction.

I resigned from my last company 3 months ago but I am still owed commission from them. Normally I was paid when they got paid and this is normally 30 days but this paticular deal is due now. I have sent them a pro forma letter last month as a reminder that I will be invoicing them this month. Nothing is stated at all in my contract with them regarding me loosing my commission should I resign or anything to that effect so I would like to know where I stand as I know that they will try come up with a reason not to pay me. It is a lot of money that I dont want to loose.

Can you explain why you are invoicing them? Normally an employee receives a statement from the employer on commission due so I wonder why you are being asked to invoice? Please send over the details to me at [email protected] for some initial advice.
