As you are happy to pay for advice, it might be better to spend your money on paying a professional to deal with your taxes instead as this can be very costly if you get it wrong.

I'm very happy to give a few pointers here to help, but VAT and payroll does take some time to learn to deal with fully and as Lisa says mistakes can be very costly.
