Just a brief intro...

Hi, I'm Atif I work for Reed in Partnership and i'm working on a government initiative at the moment that is offering businesses an opportunity to receive a training needs analysis on their business completely funded and paid for by the government.

These consultations look in-depth at your businesses practices and see where productivity is lagging due to lack of skills. They normally cost around £330 for a SFEDI qualified advisor to have this consultation.

Once the consultation is done and some needs are identified the advisor will be able to advise you if any of your workforce is able to tap into further funding, making the course either heavily subsidised or FREE.

If however you don't feel that any training is necessary just yet, you can keep the training analysis and walk away, no obligation.

This offer is open to all businesses as long as you meet the following criteria:

- Employ between 2-249 employees
- Are based in London
- Do not operate in the social care sector (including childcare)

I'd just like to add, that latest figures indicate that the UK is falling behind in comparison to its EU counterparts in terms of productivity- despite working more hours!

This is mainly due to the fact that many SMEs fail to realise how important the relationship between staff/self training and making profit is!
