Best couriers for small sample from China to UK

Having been let down by our couriers (UPS) and refused by our cargo people (too small a consignment), we are now looking for a courier to collect a small box of samples around 5kg FOB Shenzhen and deliver to Herefordshire UK. Any suggestions??
