Balance Transfers

Just wondering if I can balance transfer an overdraft to a credit card?

One of the Credit Cards (although I can't remember which one) I have allows you to do it...

Would it help if I said it's a mastercard....

I think it is down to the issuing bank rather than whether it is a Visa or Mastercard.

Unless you intend to clear the overdraft off in the 'interest free period' if one applies then I fail to see why this is likely to be a good idea given the rate of interest on a CC is generally higher than an OD
