Anyone know how to add a javascript sig to emails?

My Chairman has asked me to come up with a sig file for his emails that will have moving text or glowing text or something that will draw attention to his sig at the bottom of his emails.

I'm guessing it is possible to add javascript as a template sig file under Outlook Express 6.0, but not quite sure how to go about it. I know there are plenty of javascropt resources out there for free, so I can pick on of those, but how do you add it into the sig file?

Can anyone give me any pointers?

Don't use Javascript - most e-mail software will regard it as a virus. You could use a marquee as suggested or simply insert an animated GIF.
