Any recommendations for Wordpress hosting with UK servers? I am looking to move an ecommerce site so it is not on the same server as another to avoid having all my eggs in one basket.

Then I'm not sure why you would want to move a site away from Krystal. Surely a lesser hosting company has more chance of going down. Just take out another service with Krystal and ask them to make sure it isn't added to the same server.

I've used Guru hosting for a number of years.
Very seldom have any problems, but when I do, support is always quick and good.

Do you have 2 separate hosting accounts with Krystal or is it 1 primary account with an addon domain?

@Shopclicks recommendation makes a lot of sense. It's worth contacting their support if you are happy with their service. I am sure they could separate your websites to an extent (separate servers potentially even data centre). It depends how far you want to go to keep both separate.
