Any recommendations for a one-off, single-colour custom stamp?

Of the inky kind.

I might be looking to get one done - between, say 75-100mm by 50mm or so. I'm on a very tight budget and can't afford to have one commissioned and it end up being really poor quality.

Does anybody have any recommendations?
