Amazon pro merchant account needed

We have had a very successful Amazon pro merchant account for a few years. However another trader company has made a false intellectual property claim with amazon. Amazon have suspended our account for 30 days while they investigate. It seems impossible to contact them and we have had no response from Amazon. We are looking for someone to list some of our best sellers max 10 products we could sell our products at a trade / wholesale price with a guaranteed buy back should we get our account re-listed. We are a legitimate company and the products are our own brand and barcodes. We would like to maintain our listings while we sort our suspension out.
The promerchant would need good feedback and the buy it now box would help, they are all easy sells and I would estimate sales of + 10k

Why on earth would someone else want to risk their Amazon account to sell the very products that got you into this mess in the first place?
